Flora Oglivy, Princess Alexandra’s 25-year-old granddaughter, married over the weekend in the Chapel Royal of St James’s Palace.
Flora, who is the eldest child of James and Julia Ogilvy, married Swedish national Timothy Vesterberg on Saturday.
Only a small group of family and friends could attend the ceremony due to strict regulations to try and tackle the ongoing public health emergency. The couple’s wedding took place when rules allowed up to 30 people to attend a wedding in England. Just two days later, that changed to fifteen.
Taking to Instagram to share the news, Flora said: ‘”Timothy and I were married privately at Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace on Saturday 26th September.
“We are truly overjoyed and look forward to celebrating next year.”
Flora’s wedding dress was designed by Emilia Wickstead – a favourite designed of The Royal Family.
Flora has taken on her husband’s name, and will now be known as Flora Vesterberg.
