Prince William’s message of love for his ‘incredible’ Catherine

The Prince of Wales has sent a very public message of love to his wife, describing her as remarkable and incredible.

As the Princess of Wales celebrated her birthday, Prince William took to social media with heartfelt words from him and the couple’s three children.

Alongside a brand new portrait of the Princess, William wrote to the ”most incredible wife and mother” and said ”the strength you’ve shown over the past year has been remarkable.”

The Prince of Wales also said ”George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you.”

The message ended with birthday wishes and the heir to the throne signed off with ”we love you”.

The new photo of the Princess of Wales, taken by Matt Porteous, also marks her 43rd birthday.

This time last year, the Princess was preparing for major planned abdominal surgery which took place just days after her birthday. Following that, it was found cancer had been present and she underwent months of preventative chemotherapy.

The Princess announced she had completed that in the early autumn and has said her recovery continues.
