King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of the Belgians have arrived in Paris to begin a three day State Visit to France.
The Belgian King and Queen set out for France by boarding the Eurostar in Brussels to begin the three day visit where they will visit Paris, Chantilly, and Lille.
They were welcomed at the Gare du Nord, France’s busiest train station.

The King and the President jointly carried out the ritual of relighting the flame of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Arc de Triomphe.
Queen Mathilde channelled classic French fashion for her first day in France. Her berry red jacket called back to Christian Dior’s original 1947 Bar Suit with a nipped waist and softer shoulders, paired beautifully with a calf-length skirt.
The Belgian queen accessorised the look with a wide-brimmed red hat- muchlike Dior’s original model did- and oxblood leather pumps.

The Lady Dior remains a royal favourite, with royals from nearly every royal family sporting the bag.
