The Prince and Princess of Wales among royal guests at wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa

The Prince and Princess of Wales were among the royal gusts who watched as the heir to the throne of Jordan married in Amman.

The couple were welcomed to the ceremony by the groom’s parents, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania. Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, were also present.

Crown Prince Al Hussein of Jordan married Rajwa Al-Saif in a short ceremony at the Zahran Palace in Amman.

Soon after the ceremony, the Royal Hashemite Court announced that the bride will now be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa.

The couple later greeted their guests as celebrations continued. They chatted for some time with the Prince and Princess of Wales – Prince William and Crown Prince Hussein are long time friends.

The King and Queen of the Netherlands were also at the wedding as was King Philippe of the Belgians and his heir, Princess Elisabeth. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden attended along with Crown Prince Haakon of Norway. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark were also among the guests as are King Juan Carlos I and Queen Sofia of Spain.

Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa married on June 1st 2023.
