Duchess Down Under: Understated at Invictus Games events

After it was announced that Meghan would be scaling back her tour programme over the next couple of days to pace herself for the remaining part of the tour, Prince Harry attended the cycling event the duo was meant to attend together on his own.

Luckily, Meghan was feeling up to attending a lunchtime reception for the Invictus Games and took in an afternoon of sailing events.

For the reception, Meghan wore a white blazer with thin black stripes from the designer L’Agence; paired with a black turtleneck and black jeans. Meghan wore her Aquazzura Deneuve pumps and carried a black and white patterned handbag by Australian brand Oroton.

For the afternoon sailing events, Meghan added a pair of Vela V-10 leather sneakers and a pair of Krewe Gravier sunglasses with an Invictus Games jacket.

For a private Invictus Games Foundation Garden Party at Government House, Meghan appeared to be wearing a black dress with a halter neckline. The designer, Jason Wu, later confirmed it was a dress from his label.

Meghan wore another pair of Aquazzura Deneuve pumps in beige and carried a Jimmy Choo clutch in black and gold.

Prince Harry and Meghan are due to visit Fraser Island on Monday, though Meghan’s engagements have been scaled back, and it’s believed that she will not attend any events.
