Anne, Andrew and Edward head to Balmoral after doctors express concern for The Queen’s health

The Queen is being joined by more of her family as doctors express ”concern” for her health. The Princess Royal and the Duke of York are already at Balmoral with her. The Earl of Wessex, along with the Countess of Wessex, is on his way.

Buckingham Palace announced that Her Majesty’s medical team are ”concerned” for her health.

The Prince of Wales had travelled to Balmoral from Birkhall earlier to be with his mother. The Duke of Cambridge flew from Windsor to Scotland to be with them.

Just after noon, on September 8th 2022, royal officials said ”Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.”

Her Majesty was seen on September 6th 2022 when she appointed Liz Truss as UK Prime Minister. She cancelled a virtual meeting of the Privy Council on September 7th, after being advised to rest.
