The regional exams are due to take place from 8 to 10 June according to the Moroccan Ministry for Education.

Crown Prince Moulay Hassan, a polyglot, took the secondary school exams in 2017 at the public high school, Dar Essalam.

The Crown Prince is the only son and elder child of King Mohammed VI and Princess Lalla Salma. He was born on 8 May 2003 in the Rabat Royal Palace. He has one younger sister, Princess Lalla Khadija (b. 28 February 2007).

At just 11-years-old, the Crown Prince received his first foreign royal distinction from Tunisia when he became a Knight Grand Cordon of the Order of the Republic.

Over the past couple of years, he has attended many public events alongside or in place of his father. Notably, the royal attended the funeral for Prince Henri d’Orleans in place of his father and attended the Armistice Day Commemoration alongside the King in France in November 2018.

Other details regarding the Crown Prince are kept tightly under wraps.

Rumours have circulated for years that his parents had divorced, and his mother, Princess Lalla Salma hadn’t been seen in public for over a year. She was finally photographed in April 2019, and she undertook her first engagement in two years later that same month when she visited the Beni Mellal Oncology Centre on an unofficial visit.
