In the final leg of the tour, the Prince of Wales has been visiting the Soloman Islands without the Duchess of Cornwall who has returned to the United Kingdom after the conclusion of the royal tour of New Zealand.
He arrived in the Soloman Islands at Honiara International Airport on Saturday and will wrap up his tour today and return home.

Embed from Getty ImagesThe following morning, the Prince of Wales attended a Service of Thanksgiving at St. Barnabas’ Anglican Cathedral in Honiara with the Governor-General and Prime Minister and later met with Sisters of the Christian Care Centre and members of the congregation.
He also conducted an investiture that same morning in Government House’s Recreational Leaf Hut.
Charles also met crowds gathered in Honiara and received a warm welcome at the Governor General’s residence where pan pipers and dancers performed. While there, he had an audience with Governor-General Sir David Vunagi and Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare, as well.
Embed from Getty ImagesAdditionally, the Prince of Wales’s first day included His Royal Highness laying a wreath at the Solomon Islands Scouts and Coastwatchers’ Memorial that honours those who took part in World War Two alongside the Allies.
