The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released two stunning new images of their two youngest children.
Featuring in the photographs are newborn baby Prince Louis and his sister, three-year-old Princess Charlotte.
Both of the photos were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge at Kensington Palace.
The first picture was taken on April 26 and depicts Prince Louis at just three days old.
Louis, who is fifth-in-line to the throne, is dressed in all white and is looking up at his surroundings, unaware that hundreds of millions of people around the world already know his name.
The second picture also features Prince Louis who is being cradled by his elder sister, Princess Charlotte.
The young Princess tenderly holds the newest addition to her family and kisses him on his forehead.
This image was taken just a few days ago on May 2 – the day Princess Charlotte celebrated turning three-years-old.
A Kensington Palace spokesperson said: “Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank members of the public for all of the kind messages they have received following the birth of Prince Louis, and for Princess Charlotte’s third birthday.”
It was expected that new images of the Cambridge family would be released this week, however, none of the images features Prince George who was perhaps at school when the Duchess took the candid shots.
