Princess Eugenie’s traditional wedding band

Princess Eugenie’s wedding band is the latest in a long line of bands made from a nugget of Welsh gold gifted to the Queen Mother in 1923.

The gold comes from the Clogau St. David’s gold mine in Wales. Other royal brides who have wedding bands made from the nugget include the Queen, Princess Margaret, Princess Anne, Diana, Princess of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex.

Jack Brooksbank has chosen not to wear a wedding band.
