The Best Man at Princess Eugenie & Jack Brooksbank’s wedding is revealed

Jack Brooksbank has asked his younger brother Thomas to be his Best Man at his Wedding to Princess Eugenie on Friday.

Tom will take up the role in St George’s Chapel in support of his brother as he marries Princess Eugenie in front of a worldwide audience.

Supporting Eugenie will be her elder sister, Princess Beatrice, who has been chosen to be her Maid of Honour.

Prince George will be a Page Boy and Princess Charlotte will be a bridesmaid.

Also taking up the role of bridesmaids will be Savannah and Isla Phillips, the daughters of Peter and Autumn Phillips.

Mia Tindall, Zara and Mike Tindall’s eldest daughter, will take up the same position.

Five-year-old Maud Windsor, the granddaughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, has also been asked to be a bridesmaid. Princess Eugenie is godmother to Maud.

The only non-royal bridesmaid will be Theodora Williams – the six-year-old daughter of Robbie Williams and Ayda Field.

Joining Prince George as a page boy will be Louis de Givenchy the – son of Zoe De Givenchy Olivier De Givenchy.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex’s children, Lady Louise Windsor and Viscount Severn will be special attendants on the day.

Eugenie and Jack got engaged in Nicaragua while on holiday at the beginning of 2018. Princess Eugenie and Mr Brooksbank met at the Swiss resort of Verbier where Eugenie was on a family vacation celebrating her father’s 50th birthday. Mr Brooksbank is now manager of Mahiki, a nightclub in Mayfair but before that, he worked at Chelsea’s Admiral Codrington pub, then the Markham Inn. In a past interview with the Daily Mail, he said that his future dream is to open a line of pubs.

Following in the footsteps of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Eugenie and Jack have invited 1,200 people from across the United Kingdom to the grounds of Windsor Castle to share the experience of their special day.

A palace spokesperson said: “The attendees will view the arrival of the congregation and Members of the Royal Family, listen to a live broadcast of the Marriage Service and watch as the Bride and Groom depart St George’s Chapel at the end of the ceremony.”

Once the service has ended, the newly married couple will undertake a short carriage procession through part of Windsor High Street.

The carriage will process through the grounds of Windsor Castle, departing via Castle Hill to proceed along part of the High Street before returning to the Castle via Cambridge Gate.
