The Queen looks charming in coral at Lady Gabriella Windsor’s wedding

The Queen has brought a burst of spring sunshine to Windsor as she opted for a coral for the big royal wedding of the year. Her Majesty wore chose a coat and hat in the shade, worn with a floral print dress, for the marriage of Lady Gabriella Windsor and Thomas Kingston at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor, this afternoon.

The outfit was designed by Stewart Parvin and the hat was the creation of Rachel Trevor Morgan millinery. The calf length coat had long sleeves and a single row of centrally placed coral buttons worn over a dress featuring coral and blue floral prints on a white background. The hat had a collection of applique flowers in coral with deep blue highlights.

Also present at the ceremony were the Duke of Edinburgh and new father, the Duke of Sussex, who arrived with Lady Frederick Windsor. The Duchess of Sussex, who gave birth to her son Archie just twelve days ago, stayed at home. Other members of the Royal Family, including the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, were present for the third royal wedding at St. George’s within a year.

Lady Gabriella Windsor married Thomas Kingston at St. George’s Chapel in a service that started at noon. She was walked into the ancient church by her father, Prince Michael of Kent, who looked somewhat emotional as he accompanied his only daughter on her wedding day. Lady Gabriella was accompanied by six bridesmaids including her nieces, Maud and Isabella Windsor, as well as three pageboys and three special attendants.

Following the ceremony, which was conducted by the Dean of Windsor, the newlyweds posed for photographers on the steps of St. George’s before heading off to their reception which is being held at Frogmore House.
