The Queen could be your neighbor for only £4.35 million

Have you ever dreamed of being near royalty? How about counting them as neighbors? And better still, calling upon Her Majesty for tea? If you have £4.35 million you could buy one of the six apartments just put up for sale by the Beauchamp Estates Private Office.

The luxury apartments are located a stone’s throw from the Palace at The Buckingham, 7-9 Buckingham-gate. The road and 12 acres south of the palace have been prime real estate in London since Queen Victoria made Buckingham Palace the monarch’s permanent residence.

What bang do you get for your buck for these properties? First and foremost, all the properties look directly over Buckingham Palace. The penthouse can be yours for £18 million. It has three bedrooms with en suite showers and bathrooms.

The Mirror has listed the amenities that are a socialite’s dream. “An entrance hall, drawing room, living and entertaining space, formal dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, master bedroom suite with ensuite shower and bathroom and dressing room, guest cloakroom, two further bedrooms with ensuite shower and bathrooms.”

That’s not all. You also receive lift access, secure underground car parking, 24-hour concierge, THREE private terraces, and TWO utility rooms. The other five properties aren’t bad either. They contain spacious entrance halls that open to a double reception room. The interiors are styled in the regency fashion. They come equipped with the latest home entertainment and security systems which are all linked to the 24-hour concierge service.

Head of Beauchamp Estates, Gary Hersham, told the Mirror: “The Buckingham is one of the most prestigious ultra-prime apartment schemes to be unveiled in London, with the residences looking directly onto Buckingham Palace.

“The magnificent Nash-like Italianate building was originally designed by one of the architects involved in the creation of Buckingham Palace and now as modern homes each of the apartments provides exceptional lateral living, with generously proportioned rooms.”
