The picture, which was taken in May, was captured by celebrity photographer Mario Testino at Clarence House.

In the image, the Duchess stands next to her husband, the Prince of Wales as they wear matching navy blazers.

Camilla is celebrating a low key 70th birthday in private. To celebrate the occasion, she has hosted not one, but two birthday parties.

Last Thursday, the Duchess hosted a star-studded party at Clarence House. Among the guests were actress Joanna Lumley, TV presenter Paul O’Grady, and ballerina & Strictly Come Dancing Judge, Darcey Bussell.

The Duchess also invited family and close friends for a separate get-together at Highgrove House on Saturday night for a private party.

Those who attended included the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Camilla’s children.

The Duchess of Cornwall’s former husband, Andrew Parker Bowles, was also there. Despite his many affairs during their marriage which led to an eventual divorce in 1995, they remain good friends.

Her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh were reportedly invited but opted to remain at Windsor Castle.

This party was the second held in celebration of the Duchess of Cornwall’s birthday in a matter of days.

Royal Central will be providing special coverage of the Duchess of Cornwall’s birthday throughout the day. Follow @RoyalCentral on Twitter and like us on Facebook for more.
