Young Prince George loves to lend a helping hand at just five-years-old.
The eldest child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge gets excited to greet Waitrose delivery drivers at his family’s Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, and help them bring the groceries into the house.
The future king delighted Waitrose – the store his mother has been spotted shopping at on numerous occasions – workers by walking outside with his father, the Duke of Cambridge, to assist in carrying packages into Anmer. It has since become common as the little royal enjoys assisting each time they deliver groceries to their home on the Sandringham Estate. Workers give George the lightest bags as he trots back into the house.
According to an exclusive to the Sun, a source explained, “It is rare for anyone to ever offers to carry deliveries inside.
“So the Waitrose delivery staff were surprised and delighted to be greeted regularly by Prince William and Prince George.
“George is always particularly helpful and is the one who asks each time what he can carry for them. He is a very inquisitive child.
“They give him lighter bags. It shows how down-to-earth William is and that he wants his son to grow up being polite and helpful to others.”
Kensington Palace has not commented on the story.

We last saw Prince George alongside his parents and younger siblings, Princess Charlotte (4) and Prince Louis (1) at the Duchess of Cambridge’s ‘Back to Nature’ Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show at the end of May. George gave his mum’s garden a 20 out of 10 rating when asked by his father.
It is expected we will see him again this coming Saturday alongside his family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for Trooping the Colour on 8 June.
