ISIS fanatic who called for terror attack on Prince George has face slashed in prison

An ISIS extremist, Husnain Rashid, who called upon Jihadists to attack Prince George at his school back in October, has been attacked in his cell.

Rashid used an internet group chat on October 13th to insist that ISIS members attack George at school, and further suggested strikes at British football stadiums.

It is now being reported that the convicted extremist has had his face slashed in prison.

A spokesperson from Strangeways Prison released a statement saying, “A prisoner received hospital treatment for minor injuries following an incident at HMP Manchester on Wednesday 25 June.”

They confirmed that an investigation is underway.

Husnain Rashid was jailed earlier this month after being found guilty of three counts of terror-related activities. He was sentenced to 25-years behind bars.
