Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge Celebrate 2nd Wedding Anniversary Apart

Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have spent their second wedding anniversary apart today as Prince William is working in Wales and Kate performs an engagement.

Wedding of Prince William and Catherine MiddletonToday marks 2 years since the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge married in a grand public spectacle at Westminster Abbey watched by an estimated 2 billion people worldwide.

His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge was today working in RAF valley in his job as a Search and Rescue pilot, (which it was recently discovered, he would be leaving in the summer) whilst Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was performing and engagement at the Naomi House Hospice in Winchester to help publicise Children’s Hospice Week.

According to some sources, the two celebrated their engagement on Friday with a dinner out and they spent the weekend together.

The Duchess recently made her first video message in relation to Children’s Hospice Week. In it she described children’s hospices as a “lifeline” for families living with the “unimaginable pain” of a child with a terminal illness.

Last year, Their Royal Highnesses were seen dining out at a pub near their Anglesey home in Wales.
