Visiting Birmingham – August 2011

It was one of her first engagements as a member of the Royal Family, and Kate’s sensitive style showed she meant business. Dressed in an Alexander McQueen blue and white military style blouse, which was tucked into a pencil skirt by the designer, the Duchess looked confident as she and Prince William met with members of the public who had been affected by the summer riots.

Service of Thanksgiving for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee – June 2012

For the final day of celebrations for the Queen’s Jubilee, the Duchess chose a nude lace dress from her favourite designer. Kate looked regal as she arrived at St. Paul’s cathedral in the demure dress, that she complimented with a Jane Taylor headpiece. The beautiful dress was the third Alexander McQueen outfit she had picked for the Diamond Jubilee weekend.

At eight-months pregnant, the Duchess looked pretty in pink as she joined The Queen and Royal Family for the annual parade, to mark Her Majesty’s birthday. Kate beamed in a pastel pink coat, which was custom designed by Sarah Burton for her final engagement before maternity leave. With a wide collar, three-quarter length sleeves and beautiful pearl buttons, the royal mum-to-be looked picture perfect.
