Cheeky Princess Charlotte hilariously puts christening photographers in their place

She might only be three-years-old but Princess Charlotte is certainly a confident little character.

As she left St James’s Palace yesterday and headed to the christening party, she hilariously reminded the waiting photographers, “You’re not coming.”

And to ensure her remark had been heard loud and clear, the funny little Princess even checked over her shoulder to make sure they all remained firmly rooted to the ground.

The occasion of which Princess Charlotte didn’t want any of the media pack attending was a private party hosted by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to celebrate the christening of their new son Prince Louis.

Guests included the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Middleton family and the tea was held at Clarence House.

Despite her cheeky nature, Princess Charlotte had shown what a polite little girl she could be earlier on in the day.

She showed off her good manners by sharing a polite handshake with the Archbishop of Canterbury as she arrived at the christening ceremony.

And as she also shared sweet handshakes with The Dean of the Chapel Royal, The Right Reverend and Right Honourable the Lord Chartres, so we’re sure one cute cheeky comment won’t cause any harm.

On arrival at the chapel, Princess Charlotte looked relaxed and confident in front of the waiting media, however, it couldn’t help but be noticed that on this occasion, little Prince George looked slightly more hesitant to react to the onlookers.

After the ceremony had taken place, the family emerged from the Chapel Royal, with Charlotte carefully clutching the order of service under her arm and sweetly waving to the photographers again.

Back at the private party guests were served slices of fruitcake from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s eight-tier wedding cake to celebrate yet another wonderful event in the Royal Family’s history.
