Monday 24th February

His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh is visiting Aldershot on Monday. The Duke, Colonel of the First Battalion Grenadier Guards, will meet troops at Lille Barracks. Prince Philip is also visiting the Imperial Poona Yacht Club in London.

Tuesday 25th February
TRH The Earl and Countess of Wessex start a Caribbean visit on Thursday.

On Tuesday The Duke of Edinburgh visits Trinity House in London for the Younger Brethren’s Guest Night. The maritime authority appoints over 300 ‘Younger Brethren’ from various parts of the seafaring community, mostly the Royal or Merchant Navy. The Brethren contribute to the authority of Trinity House and give help and advice to the Corporation’s operational and charitable activities.

Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal carries out engagements in London on Tuesday. At The Palace of Westminster, The Princess is attending the English Language Awards at the House of Lords and a reception for the Riding for the Disabled Association at the House of Commons. Princess Anne is also welcoming a former President of the International Olympic Committee to Buckingham Palace. Her Royal Highness will install Count Jacques Rogge as an Honorary Knight Commander of The Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George (KCMG)

His Royal Highness The Duke of Gloucester visits The Farmers Club in London on Tuesday. The Duke is attending a lunch event as Patron of the Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust. The Trust gives opportunities to people who want to develop a farming or agricultural career.

Devon welcomes His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent on Tuesday. The Duke, Royal Colonel of 1st Battalion The Rifles, is visiting Okehampton Camp to meet service men and women.

Wednesday 26th February

The Duke of Edinburgh is hosting an event for Book Aid International at St. James’s Palace on Wednesday. His Royal Highness is Patron of the non-governmental organisation that works to encourage literacy and access to books in poorer countries.

Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall travel to Portsmouth on Wednesday. As an Admiral of the Royal Navy, The Prince is visiting the Type 45 air-defence destroyer HMS Dragon. The Duchess will visit a light aircraft carrier HMS illustrious. Her Royal Highness is Commodore-in-Chief of the Royal Naval Medical Services.

Together the Prince and Duchess will visit the new Mary Rose Museum and attend a reception on-board HMS illustrious for Navy personnel who have recently returned from helping with the Typhoon Haiyan relief effort.

The Princess Royal visits Cheshire on Wednesday. Her Royal Highness is opening a new munitions facility for BAE Systems at Crewe and is attending Cheshire County Show’s Annual General Meeting at Wilmslow.

Thursday 27th February

Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh are hosting a reception at Buckingham Palace on Thursday. Her Majesty is presenting The Queen’s Anniversary Prizes for Higher and Further Education.

The Duchess of Cornwall is celebrating the Southbank Centre’s Women of the World Festival on Thursday. Her Royal Highness welcomes festival representatives at Clarence House. The Festival celebrates women’s achievements while highlighting the obstacles women still face across the world.

Their Royal Highnesses The Earl and Countess of Wessex start a visit to Barbados on Thursday. Prince Edward, accompanied by Sophie, is carrying out engagements as Trustee of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation.

Friday 28th February

The Prince of Wales visits South Wales on Friday. In South Pembrokeshire, His Royal Highness is meeting troops from 1st Queen’s Dragoon Guards C Squadron at the Castlemartin Range Complex. As Colonel-in-Chief, The Prince will see how training for future operations is progressing.

In Carmarthenshire, The Prince of Wales is touring Llanelly House, a restored early 18th Century Georgian Town House. His Royal Highness will meet the team who worked for ten years to restore the house, which has become the area’s main heritage attraction

Prince Charles also visits Merthyr Tydfil to celebrate the restoration of the Old Town Hall. The building is reopening on St. David’s Day as a creative industries hub for local people.

Saturday 1st March

The Duke of Kent is attending a London Philharmonic Orchestra concert on Saturday. As Patron of the Orchestra, His Royal Highness will see the performance at London’s Royal Festival Hall.

Sunday 2nd March

The Earl and Countess of Wessex begin a visit to Jamaica on Sunday. The royal couple will carry out engagements promoting The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation until 5th March.
