Monday HRH The Duke of Gloucester is attending a council meeting of the Crown Agents Foundation in London. The Duke is President of the Foundation, a non-profit-distributing company that allocates funding to international social and developmental causes.
Wednesday HRH The Princess Royal is in London to attend a Transport Health and Wellbeing Conference run by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, of which she is Patron. Later the Princess is attending a livery dinner held by The Fishmongers’ Company. The Company is incorporated by Royal Charter and acts as a trustee of several charities, supporting fisheries and fish-related causes.
Thursday HRH The Duchess of Gloucester is visiting Merseyside. The Duchess will open a sensory garden at All Saints Catholic Primary School, visit the League of Welldoers and open Bailey Court, a sheltered housing scheme in Liverpool.
Saturday HRH The Princess Royal is celebrating the centenary of the Gloucestershire Old Spots pig breed with a visit to the Gloucester Old Spot Pig Breeders Club in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The club started in 1990 to promote the breed and help breeders around the world.
