The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh will meet Mrs Elizabeth Banks (President, Royal Horticultural Society), at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, and will tour the gardens at the Chelsea Flower Show in its one hundred and first year. This year Prince George will be honoured at the flower show with his own daffodil named Georgie Boy. The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and Princess Alexandra are scheduled to visit the show as well.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall begin their Canadian Royal tour in Monday. Charles and Camilla will receive an official Welcome to Canada and Nova Scotia at the Grand Parade in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in honour of Victoria Day. The Royal couple will tour Hector Heritage Quay-A Celebration of Celtic Appreciation Month in Pictou and then enjoy fireworks, music and performances to celebrate Victoria Day and the 150th anniversary of the Charlottetown Conference, which paved the way to Confederation in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

The Duke of Edinburgh Colonel, Grenadier Guards, will attend the First Guards Club Dinner, at Ironmongers’ Hall in London. The Duke will also attend the Regimental Council Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

Prince Harry will lay a wreath to mark the 70th Anniversary of the Italian Campaign of World War Two at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission Cemetery in Cassino, Italy. Afterwards, His Royal Highness will attend a reception for British veterans in Cassino. Harry will also attend a private reception at the British Ambassador’s Residence in Rome, Italy, where he will unveil a plaque on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen to mark the restoration of the grounds.

Prince Edward, accompanied by The Countess of Wessex, will visit Dumfries.

The Queen will visit HMS LANCASTER in Portsmouth.

The Duke of Edinburgh Patron, the Air League, will hold a reception at St. James’s Palace.The Duke, Founder and Patron, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Association, will hold a World Fellowship Welcome Lunch at Buckingham Palace.

Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Cornwall United Church in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island as part of their Canadian Royal Tour.

Prince Edward and The Countess of Wessex will visit Castlebay Community Hall, Isle of Barra, Western Isles. The Royal couple will visit Martin’s Memorial Church of Scotland, the Town Hall and the Drill Hall, Isle of Lewis, Western Isles.

The Duke of Gloucester will visit the Radiotherapy Cancer Treatment Unit at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Whilst in the area, The Duke will also stop at Wymondham High Academy, St Stephen’s Church and Thetford Academy

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh will give a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.

The Duke of Edinburgh Patron, the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators, will attend a Livery Dinner at Mansion House.

The Duke of Edinburgh will officially open the Margaret Pyke Centre in London.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will join children at the Stevenson Hangar as they learn about the principles of flight, rockets, satellites and more in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Whilst in Winnipeg, they will visit the International Polar Bear Conservation Centre at the new “Journey to Churchill” exhibit at the Assiniboine Park Zoo as well as take part in the Order of Manitoba Investiture at the Manitoba Legislature.

Prince Edward accompanied by The Countess of Wessex, will visit Moray.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester will attend ABF the Soldiers’ Charity Regimental Dinner at Royal Hospital Chelsea in London.

Princess Alexandra, Patron and Air Chief Commandant, Princess Mary’s Royal Air Force Nursing Service and Patron, Queen Alexandra’s Royal Naval Nursing Service, will attend a Reception at the Royal Air Force Club in London.

The Duke of Gloucester will attend the Theatre West Four production of ‘Radio Times’ at the Questors Studio Theatre in London.

Royal Patron of Prostate Cancer UK, The Duchess of Gloucester will open The Centre for Advanced Screening XVIII at The Harley Street Clinic Diagnostic Centre in London.

Patron, Home-Start UK, Princess Alexandra will attend a Reception to celebrate Seventy Five years of Home-Start Volunteering in Mid Essex at Hylands House in Essex. The Princess will also visit Saint Francis Hospice, The Hall whilst in Essex.

23 May 2014

The Duke of Gloucester Patron, the Gilbert and Sullivan Society, will attend its Convention Dinner at the Grim’s Dyke Hotel in Middlesex.

The Duke of Kent will visit the Devon County Show at the County Showground in Devon.
