The Queen took the nation by surprise on Saturday as she entered the ITV talent competition Britain’s Got Talent.
Her Majesty made it through to the next round after all four judges approved her dance routine.
Of course, this wasn’t really the 91-year-old Monarch, however, it certainly amused the British public.
Look-a-likes and impersonators are becoming more and more in demand, especially if they specialise in playing members of The Royal Family.
There are currently professional impersonators available for hire who bare an uncanny resemblance to The Queen, the Prince of Wales & Duchess of Cornwall, and even Prince George and Princess Charlotte!
One of the most successful and in demand lookalikes is Heidi Agan who quit her job as a restaurant waitress to become a full-time Duchess of Cambridge impersonator.
In 2o13 when the Duchess was pregnant with Prince George, the impersonator even had a fake bump “made in different sizes.”
Speaking at the time she said: “To have done 12 years of something you know and then to leap into an industry that gives with one hand and takes with another is difficult, but I’m just really happy and feel blessed that I did.”
