Prince Charles & Camilla To Attend Archbishop Of Canterbury’s Enthronement

The Most Reverend & Right Honourable Justin Welby is to be enthroned as Archbishop of Canterbury tomorrow at Canterbury Cathedral. The 105th Archbishop of Canterbury will be enthroned in the presence of Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall as representatives of Her Majesty tomorrow.

There will be 2,000 people inside the cathedral as well as 16 cameras broadcasting around the world.

The Archbishop, who may one day be the person who crowns Prince Charles, will be seted in St Augustine’s throne in the cathedral where a religious ceremony will take place to profess Dr Welby as the new Archbishop.


Meanwhile, elsewhere, The Earl of Wessex, Patron, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, will attend a Concert and Reception at the International Convention Centre, Broad Street, Birmingham, West Midlands and The Countess of Wessex will visit Ginsters of Cornwall, Moss Side Industrial Estate, Tavistock Road, Callington, Cornwall.
