Regarding fact 3. The Act of Settlement of 1701 excluded Catholics or someone who marries a Catholic from being in the line of succession to the British Throne. Prince Philippe is Roman Catholic therefore, excluded.
Re: only country with two kings. What about Bhutan? Isn’t that in the same position (with one abdicated king and one ruling King?)
