Prince Albert and Princess Charlene distribute traditional parcels beneficiaries of the Monégasque Red Cross

Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco distributed the traditional parcels to the elderly beneficiaries of the Monégasque Red Cross on Friday. This is an annual tradition that takes place before the National Day of Monaco, also called the Sovereign Prince’s Day, which is celebrated on 19 November.

At the headquarters of the Monégasque Red Cross, Their Serene Highnesses handed out bags and sweets to each person, while also taking the time to have a short conversation. One woman thanked Charlene with a kiss on her hand.

After the parcels had been distributed, 59-year-old Prince Albert and 39-year-old Princess Charlene posed for a photograph outside of the headquarters with the recipients.

Additionally ahead of the National Day of Monaco, Princess Charlene, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques had tea with the Archbishop of Monaco, Bernard César Augustin Barsi. Five photos were posted to the Prince’s Palace of Monaco’s official Facebook page of the meeting. One adorable image shows Princess Gabriella sitting on the couch leaning her head on the Archbishop. Each picture was taken by Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene.

The Monégasque Princely Family will partake in events tomorrow on the occasion of the Sovereign Prince’s Day. It is expected that the soon to be three-year-old twins will make an appearance alongside their parents at the windows of the Prince’s Palace. The twins will celebrate their third birthday on 10 December.

Princess Charlene has recently gone behind the lens to photograph her twins and has released them to the public on her official Instagram and now the Prince’s Palace’s Facebook.
