King and Queen of Greece’s grandson has debut on American soap opera

Prince Achileas-Andreas of Greece and Denmark, the grandson of Their Majesties King Constantine and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece, had his debut on the American soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

Prince Achileas-Andreas starred in the episode that aired on 12 December on CBS. It was reported that Prince Achileas-Andreas only appeared in a very short scene with cast members Rena Sofer and Ashleigh Brewer. A photo of the three was posted on social media to promote the episode. Prince Achileas-Andreas played Simon, an intern. Simon pretends to propose to Ivy (Ashleigh) with a ring Quinn (Rena) has designed.

The Bold and the Beautiful was created in 1987 and is one of the longest-running soap operas in the United States. Prince Achileas’s aunt, Princess Theodora also stars in the popular TV show and has since 2011 as Alison Montgomery, a secretary.

Prince Achileas-Andreas, 17, is the third child of Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal. His parents tweeted about their pride about their son in the upcoming episode earlier this week.

It is not clear whether or not Prince Achileas-Andreas will star in more episodes, but it appears he was very much liked by the audience. We do not know either if he will pursue an acting career. Currently, Prince Achileas-Andreas is still studying.

Prince Achileas-Andreas and Princess Theodora are not the only members of the Greek Royal Family having careers in the public eye. Prince Achileas-Andreas’s older sister, Princess Maria-Olympia is a model and recently walked the runway of the well-known Italian brand Dolce & Gabbana. Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal recently moved to New York to follow their eldest children who were studying there, and surely, this move will allow them to develop their careers.
