Prince William has been described as the “perfect guy” to become a father by a trustee of one of his charities.

Danielle was speaking to the Daily Express as she attended a charity polo match at the weekend, which Prince William played in.

“He is glowing about this wonderful time in his life,” the trustee added.

The Prince appeared relaxed as he played in the charity match, while Kate was staying with her parents at their family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire.

The father-to-be has had a close relationship with Centrepoint and earlier this year in May, the Prince made a surprise visit to the charity’s base in London. During his visit he spent time with the hostel’s residents and listened to the young people’s stories.

Before leaving, the Duke of Cambridge was given a large picture of his 2011 visit with wife Kate, where he took part in a ‘Swag Dance’ with some of the hostel’s young people.

Prince William has been keen to work with Centrepoint and has been a patron of the organisation since 2005. Diana, Princess of Wales was previously patron of the charity. As an ambassador, William has devoted a lot of time to the cause and has even slept rough on the streets of London to highlight the work they do.
