The Duchess of Cambridge often wins admiration for her dedication to her duties and her effortless style, however now, her handwriting has won praise.
Tennis champion Andy Murray revealed both Kate and Prince William have wrote to him in recent years.
He said the Duchess “had written a letter to say congratulations [after winning Wimbledon] and she had amazing handwriting.”
“I had a letter from Prince William before and his handwriting was not good.”
Andy was speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, due to air on Saturday evening, and spoke fondly of Prince William after recieving his OBE from the royal earlier this year.
The Wimbledon champion was one of the first people to be honoured by the Duke of Cambridge at his first investiture on behalf of The Queen in October.
“I thought he seemed pretty relaxed. He seemed to give everyone a lot of time. It seemed like it went really quickly,” he told Jonathan. “We spoke for about a minute; he asked me about my back surgery and what it was like after Wimbledon and the pressures and stuff.”
“It was a great thing to do at the end of the year, especially as it’s his first one.”
On the morning of receiving the honour, Andy tweeted he was in a drug test and could be late for his appointment at the Palace.
“In the middle of a drug test hahaha I’m going to be late,” the tennis player told his 2.2million Twitter followers.
